As part of the EPIC Program, Isaac was able to attend IT Career Lab to earn certifications that would enable him to begin a profession in Information Technology. He also worked one-on-one with profession coa ch, Kelsey Briggs-Dineen who helped him replace his resume, put together him for interviews and extra. âIsaac took advantage of each opportunity available to him,â mentioned Kelsey. âHe efficiently completed IT Career Labâs training program and earned two certifications: Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).â Isaac was impressed with the extent of knowledge he gained all through his time in IT Career Lab. âI was expecting help desk help and coaching abilities with the certifications, but it ended up being a lot greater than that,â said Isaac. Isaacâs hard work and keenness for expertise paid off and he decided to enroll at DePaul University to proceed his technical research and pursue his bachelorâs diploma in Cybersecurity! âI like cybersecurity.
